Robert L. Eisenberg, Esq. – American Academy of Appellate Lawyers

The United States Supreme Court hosted a reception and dinner with the American Academy of Appellate Lawyers at the United States Supreme Court Building in December 2022.

Lemons, Grundy & Eisenberg’s managing partner and shareholder Robert L. Eisenberg, who is a fellow in the Academy, attended the event with his wife Connie Eisenberg. The Academy was founded in 1990 to recognize outstanding appellate lawyers and promote the improvement of appellate advocacy and the administration of the appellate courts.  Academy membership is open only to a person who possesses a reputation of recognized distinction as an appellate lawyer, and is “reserved for experienced appellate advocates who have demonstrated the highest skill level and integrity.”

Academy membership is limited to only 500 members, and membership is by invitation only.  Candidates are subject to a thorough vetting process by the Academy’s Membership Screening Committee, including feedback from the legal and judicial communities in which they practice, to assure that the candidates have a track record of experience, success, and respect in their appellate communities.

Mr. Eisenberg’s practice is devoted entirely to Nevada civil appeals throughout the state, including trial court proceedings related to appeals and potential appeals.  He is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Nevada Supreme Court, and the Supreme Court of California.
