Mr. Lemons is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. He graduated with distinction from the University of Iowa College of Law. Before entering private practice, he was a law professor at Victoria University in Wellington, New Zealand. During that time, he authored law review journal articles addressing injuries compensation from a multinational perspective.
Mr. Lemons is a partner in Lemons, Grundy & Eisenberg, and practices exclusively in health care law representing physicians, dentists and their practice groups and employees in malpractice defense, state board administration matters and other healthcare related matters. In addition to state and federal courts, he practices before the Nevada Medical Examiners Board, the Nevada State Board of Osteopathic Medicine, the Nevada State Board of Pharmacy, the Nevada State Board of Dental Examiners, and various other licensing boards in Nevada. Mr. Lemons also assists medical professionals and healthcare administrators in the daily conduct of medical and dental practices including patient relationships, risk management, employment issues, reviewing and drafting various medical agreements and documents, and a wide variety of other matters.
