Dane Littlefield is a partner at Lemons, Grundy & Eisenberg, where he has been practicing law since 2016. Dane has been a shareholder since 2021. He practices primarily in the areas of business and commercial litigation and transactions, general liability, insurance, and estate planning and administration.
Dane is a lifelong resident of Washoe County with deep family roots in Nevada. Dane graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice in 2011. Dane then attended the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, graduating with distinction in 2015. While attending law school Dane served as the Chief Symposium Editor for the Pacific McGeorge Global Business and Development Law Journal, worked as a summer intern for the California Department of Justice, Office of the Attorney General, and provided bankruptcy advice to low-income clients with the Bankruptcy Clinic at McGeorge Community Legal Services. Following law school, Dane served as the judicial law clerk for the Honorable Jerome M. Polaha at the Second Judicial District Court for the State of Nevada from August 2015 through August 2016.
Dane is a member and past president of the Northern Nevada Association of Defense Counsel, and a member of the Washoe County Bar Association and American Bar Association. Dane is licensed to practice law in both the State of Nevada and the State of California.
