Important COVID-19 Update
Lemons, Grundy & Eisenberg is committed to the health and wellbeing of our employees and clients, as well as the health and safety of the general public. In line with Governor Sisolak’s directive issued March 17, 2020, our firm has currently closed our physical office location to the general public. While our firm, including attorneys and staff, will remain fully operational to ensure that our clients’ interests are vigorously represented, we will not conduct any depositions, mediations, or meetings at our physical office location for the next fourteen days, subject to further evaluation.
We are constantly monitoring and abiding by instructions and advice from local and national public health officials and the CDC to ensure that precautionary measures are taken, which include additional sanitation and disinfection measures on a frequent basis throughout our offices, and remote-work access for our staff.
We are equally committed to the interests and needs of our clients during this time, and are available to help our clients navigate the uncertainties that the COVID-19 virus has presented. Our decision to close our physical office location to the public for fourteen days will not affect our availability to our clients and those wishing to seek legal services from our firm. We encourage our clients to contact us if they have any questions regarding court closures, upcoming hearings or depositions, or general questions regarding their case.
We will all get through this by working together. Please do not hesitate to contact us by email or by phone with questions.
