Doug Brown graduated from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas in 1997 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. After graduating from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, Doug attended McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific, where he obtained his law degree in 2001. He was subsequently admitted to the Nevada State Bar in 2001.
Prior to joining Lemons Grundy & Eisenberg, Doug served as a legal extern to the Honorable Howard D. McKibben in 1998. He also worked as a law clerk for the Honorable William A. Maddox of the First Judicial District Court of the State of Nevada from 2001-2002. Doug is a member of various professional organizations including the Washoe County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, Association of Defense Counsel of Nevada and the American Inns of Court, Bruce R. Thompson Chapter. Doug served in the United States Marine Corps from 1989 -1993.
At Lemons, Grundy & Eisenberg, Doug practices primarily in commercial and business law, insurance-related matters, and professional liability litigation matters, including complex jury trials to verdict. He also assists in business and administrative aspects of medical practice including, employment issues, risk management, and reviewing and drafting various medical practice agreements and related documents.
