Lemons, Grundy & Eisenberg is committed to providing equitable access to information and services as contemplated by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) in conjunction with our ethical requirements and guidance provided by the State Bar of Nevada. An important component of complying with this priority entails accessibility of electronic data which meets the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

LGE is committed to providing reasonable digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards. The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) provides guidance for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. While Lemons, Grundy & Eisenberg is not required to conform with all possible WCAG levels, steps have been taken to substantially comply with recommended accessibility.
